I know this from my learnings.

Today I learned a whale breathed oxygen.
"Any animal that lives underwater has to breath H2O, I don't buy it." When I said that, they laughed at me, scowling, whining that a whale is a mammal and I'm an idiot.
I went on to ponder if whale's had bones, since Sharks don't have bones, so it would only be natural. It was very deep contemplation, we all know the extent that sort of thought can go. It's like dividing by zero, but no, I was once again laughed at for my moronic cogitation and told whale's were mammals once again.
I can take this experience and run more than one way with it. Is trivial knowledge like this even all that necessary? What good would whale knowledge do you unless you wanted to put someone down? Besides being a marine biologist or something.
I can still own all of them in Super Smash Bros, though.
So fuck their whale bullshit.
